Columnist Norma Adams-Wade reports that the public is invited to the Miller Family reunion all daylong Saturday and Sunday, July 10 and 11 at Miller Family Park, 2800 Persimmon Road in southeast Oak Cliff.
According to her story, descendants of slaves who came to Dallas County 163 years ago with historic settler William Brown Miller, who later owned much of the Oak Cliff area, will gather with the public and hundreds of relatives and friends from across the country.
