City of Dallas announces 2010-11 budget townhall meetings

Oak Cliff area residents are invited to weigh-in on the city’s proposed fiscal year 2010-11 budget. Here’s a look at some upcoming townhall meeting dates:

  • 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 9, Beckley Saner Recreation Center, 114 W. Hobson Ave., Mayor Protem Dwaine Caraway
  • 6:30 p.m. Aug. 10, Tommie M. Allen Recreation Center, 7071 Bonnie View Road, Councilmember Tennell Atkins
  • 6:30 p.m. Aug. 10, West Dallas Multipurpose Center, 2828 Fish Trap Road, Councilmember David A. Neumann
  • 6:30 p.m. Aug. 12, Thurgood Marshall Recreation Center, 5150 Mark Trail Way, Councilmember Vonciel Jones Hill
